3. Fees and Payment

Fees are described in our fee schedule and may vary based on transaction complexity. Payment is due upon invoice issuance.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency:

• Eligible Refunds: You may request a refund within 30 days of service initiation if no substantive work has been performed on your transaction.
• Proportional Refunds: If work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of services completed.
• Request Process: To request a refund, submit a written request via contact us with transaction details.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
• Non-Refundable Items: Fees for third-party services (e.g., notary, regulatory filings) are non-refundable.

5. Liability

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 15 days' written notice. Outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.
